We will do our best to make sure the products and services you receive from us meet or exceed your expectations. If you find a product or service from us does not, we will repair or replace it. We want you completely satisfied.
Terms and Conditions.
All hardware (unless otherwise noted) has a one year limited warranty.
Color can be very subjective. BT&D(TM) strives for pleasing color in images and a perceptual match for Pantone colors. The vast majority of the time this is satisfactory.
If a color match is important to you, you must run a proof off of our equipment. We will then modify the color or colors that you select for a more accurate match to what you are looking for. There is a nominal charge for this service.
Return Policy
BT&D(TM) must be notified of damaged orders or discrepancies within 5 days of order receipt. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving authorization to return. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Claims of damage occurring from shipping must be filed with the shipping carrier. BT&D(TM) cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs once an item leaves our facility.
